Question about fuel pump alignment in tank

Hello, I replaced the fuel pump on my 1993 940 (Regina system). Ok, I'm 100% mechanically inclined, I took the old pump out and installed the new pump with no problems......well, just one problem! I forgot the pproper alignment of the pump! Where the pump goes into the tank, there is an arrown on the tank. I specifically made note of what the arrow pointed to prior to removing the previous pump. But know, I can't remember! Can anyone be so kind as to tell me what hose or marking gets alligned with the arrow on the tank? Thanks in advance!

I removed the fuel pump on my 760 not so long ago but i didn't notice any alignment marks. It soon became obvious that i hadn't aligned it right though because when cornering to the right and going around islands i was getting fuel starvation. Realigned the pump and everything is hunky dorey.

I figured it out! The overflow hose goes top center
