Anyone have any advice for a novice (i.e. ME) to fit a CARK-91 kit to a '98 S40?

Hi gnhuk, I see that you recently installed a Motorola HF850. I am jsut in the process of ordering the leads etc. Did you fit the kit with or without a telemute adapter? If so which lead did you use and how easy/difficult was it? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers mog699

I'm in the process of fitting a CARK91 with a radio mute relay. The car had a mobile kit in previously but haven't found where they took the power feeds from. I am also confused as to where the other feeds could be taken from, I.e. Blue the ignition feed, Yellow the radio mute (this might not be necessary). I have fitted the kit to several other cars but this one is most complecated as the connecteor to the radio where I normally plum in is a bit of a beast, so have shelved this work till I fix the rear spring problem I have just discovered (see my thread). What I have done in the past is taken the car with access still removed and asked at a local radio fitting centre for some advise, they are normally helpful (especially if you buy an antennae!). Do you have the Installation guide?
