How is the Audio-Midi-Setup of the MacOS looking ? The Midi Studio has what inside ?

Reaper preferences : Only one input and one output enable Mac midi studio : Nothing is wired

Can the quality of the cable change the result ?

Maybe the problem is the first pulse after start ? I’m thinking about it because, at 110BPM and 24ppqn (my settings), 1 pulse is 22,7ms. (60/110)/24 = 0,0227 seconds
